United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz testified in front of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee on Tuesday, just a week after announcing his company’s new policies and settling out of court with a passenger who was violently removed from a flight when he refused to give up his seat to an airline employee. Aviation lawyer and visiting professor of law at Rutgers Law School Roger W.
