Housing prices in Canadian cities like Toronto and Vancouver have skyrocketed in the last few years, putting home ownership out of reach for many and causing experts to warn about a possible bubble. During a recent appearance on Knowledge at Wharton’s SiriusXM show, Wharton real estate professor Benjamin Keys and Cynthia Holmes, chair of  the real estate management department at Ryerson University in Toronto, discussed the market and where it might be headed next.
