Michael Parke is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Wharton School.
Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at London Business School, where he was voted the Best Teacher by the graduating MBA class. His research interests include studying how organizations can create engaging work environments and the factors that motivate employees to speak up when problems arise.
His work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of Applied Psychology. Parke received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, and he earned his BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
