Public and private sector experts explored shared challenges and opportunities tied to risks ranging from climate change and cyber security to terrorism at a recent conference organized by RANE (Risk Assistance Network and Exchange), in partnership with the George Washington University’s Homeland Security Policy Institute and Knowledge@Wharton. Several key themes ran through the conference sessions, including the need for greater cooperation among sectors and between large and small players, and the potential consequences of delaying action.
