Last week the U.S. Treasury Department released a list of influential Russians who could face sanctions given their close relationship to the Kremlin. The list was mandated by the Countering America’s Adversaries Though Sanctions Act of 2017 and included 96 wealthy business executives in addition to over a hundred government officials.
