Tesla has named the replacement for Elon Musk: Robyn Denholm, who has been on the board since 2014, will be the new Chairman of the Board for the automotive and energy company. Musk was forced to vacate the position in a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission following his August tweets about taking the company private. Under the deal, he is allowed to stay on as CEO. Host Dan Loney talks more about how this announcement will affect Tesla with Michael Cusamano, Distinguished Professor of Management at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and Timothy Hubbard, Associate Professor of Management at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business on Knowledge at Wharton.
