Lisa talks to us about what it was like to be a trailblazer as one of the few African-American women in television news in the late 1970s, and how she had to face her own extraordinary challenge after being struck with a rare nerve disorder—one that would interrupt her career and ultimately lead to her retirement after nearly 40 years at the number one television news outlet in the Philadelphia tri-state area.
