Maisy Wong is the James T. Riady Associate Professor of Real Estate and the Assistant Director of the Grayken Program in International Real Estate at the Wharton School.
She joined Wharton in 2008 as an Assistant Professor of Real Estate. Her research interests include urban economics, real estate finance, and development economics. Wong is a Research Associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research, Chair of Program Committee at the Urban Economic Association Conference, on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Urban Economics and the Asian Development Review, and is on the board of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.
She has won several awards and honors, including the Excellence in Teaching Award for the Undergraduate Division and the Wharton Teaching Excellence Reward. She received her PhD in Economics from MIT in 2008.
