Janus v. AFSCME Challenges Union Fair-Share Fees with William Brucher and Daniel DiSalvo

Today, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case that is being viewed the biggest threat to labor unions in years. Janus v American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees union will determine whether public-sector workers can opt out of paying union “fair share” fees.
