EU Rules Uber as a Transportation Business with John Paul MacDuffie and Dr. Valerio De Stefano

Uber was dealt a huge setback last month when it was declared a transportation business by the European Union’s highest court. The ride sharing giant had tried to claim it was a technology platform that connected drivers with riders.
