While Colour Life’s growth in terms of square meters managed has been impressive, the company’s ability to leverage technology in the real estate management sector has drawn the most attention. Its online platform is a “how to” guide on unlocking value through asset-light cost savings and value-added services that appeal to an increasingly sophisticated demographic.
