The recent IRS breach highlighted once again the need for higher levels of cyber security in all facets of the United States government, retail and private sectors. David Lawrence, founder and chief collaborative officer of the Risk Assistance Network and Exchange (RANE) and Jay Clayton, co-managing partner of New York City law firm Sullivan & Cromwell, appeared on the Knowledge at Wharton radio show recently to discuss how to manage cyber security threats. They call for setting up a cyber-threat commission, similar to the 9/11 commission. The Knowledge at Wharton show airs 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Eastern time Monday-Friday on Wharton Business Radio on SiriusXM channel 111.

They also outlined their approach in a recent opinion piece on Knowledge at Wharton.
