Russia is Banned from the 2018 Winter Olympics with Robert Boland and Andrew Zimbalist

The International Olympic Committee has banned Russia from the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, however its athletes are allowed to participate as long as they do it without the Russian flag and the team uniforms.
