Knowledge at Wharton celebrates the contributions of Wharton alumni on our annual Wharton Business Radio “Reunion Radio” special. Meet Ziad Baba (WG’13), Senior Director of Engagement Marketing at Credit Karma, who says 45% of Americans will be thrown into debt if they have a catastrophic accident. Credit Karma helps their users build their portfolio and save money by providing free credit scores. They also monitor credit usage to counter ID theft and are getting into the free – simple – tax preparation business. Then, meet Luis Felipe Gonzalez Palacio (WG’17), Associate Finance Manager of PepsiCo. Felipe was born and raised in rural Colombia, and moved on to study theoretical physics, engineering and finance. Hear about how he leads recruiting efforts for people of color and LGBT.
