China is one of the fast growing markets of dairy products, but the growth is outpacing its domestic production ability. That’s where Penn Vet comes in. A new project is bringing in the last contents of dairy nutrition and management to the Chinese dairy industry with the help of Wharton China Center and Zoetis. Host Dan Loney talks with Dr. David Galligan, a Penn Vet Animal Health Economics professor, to discuss the challenges and the changes that are being made in this major food industry on Knowledge at Wharton.
