In keeping with global trends, Chinese consumers are embracing the sharing economy with enthusiasm. One of China’s latest successes is UrWork, the country’s leading co-working space company. In just two years, UrWork has hit a billion-dollar valuation by offering work spaces that enterprises can scale up or down according to market needs. On a broader level, UrWork is changing the way people work in China, with important implications for the nation’s economy.
