President Donald Trump this week revived two oil pipeline projects that had been sidelined by the Obama administration. The Keystone XL pipeline was scuttled by the White House and the State Department in 2015, and the Dakota Access pipeline was recently stalled after protests about a portion of the project that opponents say will destroy Native American land and burial sites.
