Sarah Paoletti and Kermit Roosevelt discuss the latest developments in the Trump administration's attempted travel ban.

The Trump administration’s attempt to restrict travel to the U.S. from a half-dozen majority Muslim countries has once again been put on hold by the federal court system, this time as the result of rulings from judges in Hawaii and Maryland that blocked the enforcement of critical parts of the plan, which would have also suspended the U.S. refugee program for 120 days.

Sarah Paoletti, a practice professor and director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Transnational Legal Clinic, and Kermit Roosevelt, a Penn Law professor, recently appeared on Knowledge at Wharton’s SiriusXM show to discuss the latest developments in the case.

The Knowledge at Wharton SiriusXM show airs Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. EST, on Wharton Business Radio on SiriusXM channel 111.
